Lemon Coconut Macaroons

I would use the Chicken Mandu Dumplings accompanied by crab rangoon, shrimp toasts and Chinese barbeque ribs with assorted dipping sauces ~ maybe I’d add wonton soup, but we really enjoy Asian appetizers as a meal. Although your recipe and dinner menu sound very tempting, too!
