Today’s Sandwich: Ham & Havarti (Homemade)

Notes: Ham, dill havarti, baby spinach, and tomatoes. Today’s sandwich is unusual, in that I made it right here in Departamento de Awesome. Which is how I mentally refer to our apartment. Because I’m a shithead.

Malcolm Bedell is co-author of the critically acclaimed "Eating in Maine: At Home, On the Town, and On the Road," as well as the taco-centric blog "Eat More Tacos," and the junk food-centric "Spork & Barrel."
