Oh I will absolutely be posting about it! I am a little scared. But relieved that they are only about 300,000 scoville units. (ha ha “only”) we had some sauce the other night that was 4 million scoville units, BUT I didn’t eat 12 of them Only 8…. I think I can do all 12 in 3.5 minutes 😉

Opening: Taco Trio
You should check out Cancun in Biddeford. We haven’t been there yet but I have heard it is very good an authentic.

“Jalapeno Popper” Grilled Cheese (Homemade)
I will be trying this! Even though I can’t cook I make a pretty mean Grilled cheese!

Fore Street
I love going to Fore Street. Even if just for a glass of wine. It is one of the only places in Portland that I will order wine at the Bar. My boyfriend and I went here on our two month aniversary. It was amazing. If you ever have the chance check out the standard baking company right under the restaurant. That is where they get all of their bread from. It is simply amazing.

Harmon’s Lunch
maybe I have asked you this. I can’t remember. Do you use photoshop or some other kind of editiing equipment?

Carboncitos Taco Bar in Playa del Carmen
I just love the pictures that you take. What do you use for a camera? do you use any type of editing software?
