The First Year of Owning a Food Truck (A Photostory)

We had an incredible first year at ‘Wich, Please, our sandwich truck located in Buoy Park, on the water in Rockland, Maine. And while it may seem too early for nostalgia (not to mention incredibly self-indulgent), I wanted to share my collection of photos from the first year. They tell the story best. His contributions include Serious Eats, Down East, L.A. Weekly, The Guardian, and The Huffington Post and his food truck, "'Wich, Please," was named "Hottest Restaurant in Maine" for 2015 by Eater. Finally, he finds it very silly to be trying to write this in the third person.

  1. Dear Malcolm,

Congratulations! It’s wonderful to see that your vision has come alive so vividly and, I might add, successfully.
I am curious, what is the concept behind “India Nights” and what all do you serve? Indian food seems to be gaining popularity by the day, so not really surprised that your “India Nights” are popular. 🙂

    Onwards and upwards!
