    1. Hi Malcolm, we met at the Maine Lobtser Festival. I purchased your book after eating a couple of breakfast sandwiches and tacos during that long, long week. What an oasis of food that was offered at Wich, Please in a sea of carnival fare! To be supportive of another small food business I purchased the book. What a surprise to travel through the months with you and Jillian and see so many familiar recipes and an equal number of new ones I can’t wait to try.
