From Away on “207,” on WCSH Channel 6

We had a ton of fun doing a demonstration of our recipe for “Homemade American Cheese,” just in case the United States plummets into the dark ages of a Velveeta shortage, as promised by the folks at Kraft. Host Rob Caldwell was super great to work with, and the entire experience couldn’t have been better. In case you missed it last night, here’s the video:
